FIVE WAYS TO REDUCE ANXIETY

FIVE WAYS TO REDUCE ANXIETY- while "Sanctuarying In Place".

1.  Exercise  regularly- 30 minutes/ 5 days a week.

2.  Sleep better- turn off ALL screens 1 hour before bedtime.

3.  Find someone to talk to.

4.  Practice deep breathing- it lowers the heart rate, blood pressure and reduces Cortisol levels (the stress hormone).
