POP STAR FLAVORED POPCORN
Sweet and Spicy
Melt 1/4 cup olive oil or coconut oil in saucepan over medium heat. Meanwhile, mix 3 TBSP confectioners' sugar, 1 TBSP paprika, 3/4 TSP garlic powder, 3/4 TSP ground cumin, 1/4 TSP cayenne pepper and salt in a bowl.
Add popped popcorn to oil in sauce pan and slowly stir on sugar mixture. Shake and stir until coated.
French Onion
Combine 1 TBSP dried shallots, 2 TSP dried chives, 2 TSP garlic salt, 1-2 TSP sugar, 1 TSP onion powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
Place popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with 4 TBSP melted butter. Sprinkle with spice mix. Shake and stir until coated.
CUDDLE UP PIGS IN A BLANKET
Slice 8 links of hot dogs, sausage or Buffalo chicken sausage crosswise into thirds.
Unroll 2 tubes of refrigerator crescent roll sheets. Cut each sheet in half, lengthwise, then cut crosswise into sixths (you are trying to make 24 strips).
wrap dough around each sausage. Spray a 9 inch spring form or pie pan with PAM. Stand each sausage wrap up in pan leaving just a little room in-between each one.
Brush with Buffalo Sauce and bake at 400 degrees until golden brown- about 35 minutes.
Serve with blue cheese dressing. Yum!!
SUPER EASY OATMEAL PEANUT BUTTER BARS
line a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Cook 2 cups peanut butter or almond butter, 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, 1 cup honey and salt in a large pot over medium heat. Whisk occasionally until butter melts and mixture is smooth (about 5 minutes).
Remove from heat and fold in 4 cups uncooked rolled oats, 1 cup dried cherries, raisins or chopped dates and 1 cup chocolate chips.
Press mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Chill until firm (2-3 hours).
Remove from dish and cut into 32 bars. Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
